What does moving to the cloud actually involve?

It depends what's moving. Email is usually the simplest and happens with little disruption. Files and servers take more planning, and we'd normally stage those rather than doing everything in one weekend.

Do you host websites as well as email?

Yes — business email, websites and web applications, plus cloud servers where a business needs more than a desktop can offer

Are backups tested, or just taken?

Tested. A backup that has never been restored is an assumption. We check that what's being backed up can actually be brought back, because finding out otherwise during an incident is far too late.

What happens if something goes wrong with hosting?
